The ingredient that seems to trigger migraine, tyrosine, is found in higher levels in cheeses that are aged. Haloumi is salt cured and can be eaten within 3 days of making. But some Haloumi is aged for longer. The packaging should indicate how long it has been aged. - Warmly, Donna (team member)
