HI there- we have a video (and good community feedback that follows in the comment section after) on the topic of ice (and heat) therapy- some members share links to the types of headache hats they use: https://migraine.com/video/secret-cold-hot-therapy. Here's another piece that talks about eye masks: https://migraine.com/living-migraine/non-medication-products. This is the one I use because you can put it around your head, neck, and/or eyes. I've had it for years and it has really held up. The only downside is that it's filled with small kind of pockets of gel packets that harden and when you first get them out of the freezer they are a little ice-cubey- not exactly soft. But it's easy to wear around. I also have gel packs (as shown in the first video above) I love to have those when I'm laying down. They are super soft and malleable- but you can't walk around with them. They also work great to put them over your eyes, but they don't attach in anyway. Hope these help get you started in your research. Warmly, Holly (migraine.com team).
