Does anybody experiment hypnosis to diminish frequency of migraine crisis ?

Hey @Patrick1991 - Thanks for asking this question. I believe there are some people here in the community, and some of our writers, who have tried this option. I've heard some mixed reviews so it seems like it might be a case-by-case situation. Hopefully some others chime in here with their experiences. Have you tried this yourself or are you considering it?

Thanks Jake, I have not tried but I plan to do it in 2022 and I am looking if anybody else in this forum have a related experienceOk gotcha. I wish I could share but I don't have any personal experience myself. Hopefully, some others chime in. Either way, please keep us updated if you do give this a try. Are you thinking early 2022?
