I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing nightly migraine attacks. I hear how frustrating this is. I hope you don't mind if I ask a few questions so I can provide you with good information.
Are these nightly attacks fairly new? When our migraine attack patterns and/or symptoms change (which is not uncommon) it's always good idea to let the doctor know so they can make sure everything checks out OK. I would encourage you to reach out to you doctor and share your concerns.
Are these attacks waking you up? I wonder if a sleep disorder could be interrupting your sleeping patterns and triggering a nasty attack. There are over 80 sleep disorders that can trigger migraine attacks. You could discuss with your doctor having a sleep study to see if this is an issue. You can read more about sleep and migraine here; https://migraine.com/search?s=sleep
Many of us don't do well with heat and humidity, myself included. Could this be playing a role in the uptick in attacks?
I'm sure others will be along soon to share their experiences with you. In the meantime I'm sending you pain free wishes and look forward to hearing more from you, Nancy Harris Bonk, Patient Leader/Moderator (team member)
