I suffer from cognitive migraines and sometimes it can be so embarrassing. I can’t answer simple questions . People look at me like there is something wrong with me. How do yall deal with this?
You're definitely not alone, ! I know we have a lot of community members here who can relate to the brain fog that can accompany migraine. Hopefully some of our community members with experience and tips can chime in here. In the meantime, I wanted to share this article we have about migraine and brain fog, https://migraine.com/living-migraine/aphasia-brain-fog, as well as this "What's Your Secret" video dealing with aphasia, https://migraine.com/video/secret-dealing-aphasia. I frankly do not have a problem. I have lived with Chronic Migraine Headaches for almost 60 years. I could care lesson how people look at me. The pain that I suffer from that sometimes is off the charts! After years, you get used to the stares, questions and comments but you can't all the time address these issues. You do the best that you can and ignore the stares and comments.

So true, I get the Hemilegic migraines and my one side of my body goes numb so I can't worry about what other people think.
