Jefferson Headache Clinic-I just want a call back!
Hi everyone!
My name is Melissa and I'm 20 years old. I've had a constant headache for 4 years that fluctuates in intensity. Both of my parents and myself have called Jefferson to try to get me an appointment but no one will call us back! We have all left my information on the automated New Patient line, but we have not heard anything. Anyone know of a way to just schedule an appointment? (And if you have been to Jefferson, feel free to reply about your experience there. I'd love any info I can get!)

Same issue. "Your call will be returned in the order in which it was received" I would also love to hear if anyone knows how to get a live person, or even simply a call back.
I've suffered migraines from age 8 to age 26 with no answers. At age 26, I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea, which was the cause of them then. After getting my tonsils out, the headaches went away for 4 years and now they are back. Good luck with everything!
I just added my name to the call back list, too. Interested to know if anyone ever gets a call back and how long it takes. Or maybe you just have to keep calling?
It is just so odd to me that they have all of these people who need help and we can't get a call back...I understand a long wait for an appointment because of the number of people trying to get in, but waiting this long just to speak to someone to make an appointment? Seems wrong. I'd love to hear how long people have to wait to get a call back.
I've been waiting two weeks for a call back - have you waited longer than that?
This week will make it three weeks for me.
