This has helped - just passing it along

I took a food intolerance test, just off of Amazon - long story short, basically cut out diet coke and processed food, and some oddball food - watermelon for one. NO GLUTEN. I really think anything fermented is bad for us too. I went 4 months without a migraine. Weather and stress gave me one this past weekend. I bounced back pretty quick. Also, while I was laying there in deep, literally dark, depression, I found a channel on You Tube - "Therapy in a Nutshell". I liked her. No nonsense, easy to follow and relatable. Be easy on yourself. I hope maybe these things will help you too! Let me know!
