Hi, I have been in protracted withdrawal from citalopram for 18 months with symptoms such as brain fog, headaches, dizziness, digestive issues and more. It been a miserable journey but I was on the medication for over 20 years so it taking time for my brain to re-adjust. I'm also withdrawing from caffeine so there are withdrawal symptoms from that also. I have been a migraine sufferer for 30 years, they are not as bad as they used to be, lasting up to 4 days, vomiting and completely out of it. I have a migraine at the moment, my second day, usual place, top right of head, some dizziness, noise and light sensitivity. I'm afraid I'm going back to those horrible 4 day migraines. I have tried prescription meds but nothing helped just added unwelcomed side effects. Paracetamol makes me nauseous, aspirin does nothing, Ibuprofen makes me feel weird. I don't know how to relieve it. I cannot take some pain killers because of the caffeine content. I had a head and body CT scan two years ago which was fine plus echocardiogram. Anyone else going through similar or any suggestions? Thank you.
