Have u guys taken B6 have your migraines got any better.

  1. - I tried B6 several years ago. It didn’t do a thing for me. A b-complex vitamin was also recommended by a doctor, but that made me too nauseous to take it long enough to say.

    1. Hey there -- did someone recommend you try taking some extra B6? For some people with migraine, nutrition imbalances are a big trigger, so supplements would help. For others, it doesn't help at all. It's definitely worth a try if your doctor thinks it's okay. 😀 -Melissa, team
