Since I don't suffer from terrible headaches. I'd say people understanding how difficult the other migraine symptoms are to deal with are.

That is EXACTLY how I feel. The headache I get is mild or non-existent. But I know I have it because I suddenly have extreme, extreme exhaustion and now: stomach pain and cramps. 30 years ago I told a doctor about my "sickness" every few months that I could not understand. He said I have Migraine Syndrome w/o the headache. No one will Ever understand so don't knock yourself over it.
When I was younger this would happen every few months and last from 3-5 days non-stop.
Now that I am older it happens more often but the duration is shorter.
Go figure. This gets more complicated as you get older because it Overlaps with other common ailments like GERD, IBS, etc.
Getting old is not for sissies.

Clearly you have been dealing with migraine in various forms for a long time. Do you feel like you have good care from your doctors at this point? I hope so.

That a migraine isn't just a "normal" headache. I've had people tell me to just take Tylenol and get "over it" I'd like those people to have one, just one of my headaches, with all the nausea, pain and inability to open your eyes because the light hurts.

The extreme traumatizing pain!
Lights hurt ! its real pain
Noise (even a little bit) is like stabbing my head
And above all the aura! No one understands, I have trembling legs, balance issues, trembling hands, n ppl think including my mom that I am just nervous, some say I run from work,or they'll say I am lazy.....
And now I even have started having vertigo, though it's not severe but it stops activities....

I have Vertigo too. For two weeks now. I’m not getting much relief from the migraine either. Feels like someone stabbing me in the left eye and in my temples and forehead. I’m thinking of trying Aimovig, but not sure yet.

Please see a smart doctor who handles problems like yours.
It would probably have to be a neurologist, but do it for you!
You sound young - If no one is supporting you, including your mom (mine did not support me either) you need to go ahead on your own and find a real doctor!
If you have no insurance or money then go to a public clinic and tell them (with conviction) that you are suffering with this and need help now.
Good Luck.

Worst is people just caring about how it inconveniences themselves and not understanding how hard it is to live with and overcome.

Do not associate with people like that.
Find people who understand!
