My neck seems to consistently tighten up as my migraine is coming on. Does this happen to anyone else? Has anyone found any helpful neck exercises? Any advice or thoughts would be great.
You might also want to check out biofeedback. I remember a specific article about this I wanted to give you, but I can't seem to put my hands on it now. We have lots of information on the topic, though -- you can search for "biofeedback" in the top left of the site.
