Neti pot
Do any of you use a neti pot to help with sinus pressure? Does it help reduce the head pain?
When I had sinus surgery I had to use one several times a day. When I finally got it back out of storage and I used it, it felt like all the water ran up my nose and it burned horribly. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Thank you for your question. I've not use a Neti-pot, but know others who do for sinus issues. I'm sorry you are having trouble with it. You may want to discuss this with your doctor or pharmacist.

I used it for a about a month and I couldn't find any relief. Hopefully you find something that helps!
I tried using a Neti pot when I was pregnant with my daughter and unable to do much else about my sinuses. Though I thought I was doing everything correctly I must have tilted my head at the wrong angle somewhere, because I ended up giving myself an awful ear infection from a bit of fluid that went where it should not, the only one I'd ever had as an adult! Ouch!
Be careful! I know lots of people who swear by them, but it apparently takes a delicate, skilled hand.
