Hi Pain in GA,
Thank you for your question and being part of the Migraine.com community!
I've not had this procedure and hear mixed things about it. I know a number of people who had very bad experiences with it. In my opinion, any doctor who claims a treatment rate is 90 - 100 % is questionable.
If you've not been to see a "true" migraine/headache disorder expert, I would encourage you to do so. These doctors are different from neurologists in that they are board certified in headache medicine, which is not the same as being certified in neurology. Neurologists may be fine doctors but have a hard time being experts in one area because they treat so many other conditions such as multiple sclerosis, stroke, epilepsy, Parkinson's and others. True migraine/headache experts treat one condition all day, every day - migraine and headache. When you get a moment take a look at this articles; http://migraine.com/blog/how-are-migraine-specialists-different/ and https://migraine.com/blog/really-find-headache-specialist/.
I understand how frustrating migraine is. I'm starting Botox next week, with trepidation.
Keep me posted on how you are feeling
Nancy
