Do migraines sometimes turn out to be other hidden diseases?

Do migraines sometimes turn out to be other hidden diseases? The migraine pain and all the horrible side-effects feel like there must be something absolutely wrong with me. Something besides Migraines.

  1. HI CinM,

    That's a great question!! Migraine is thought to be a primary headache disorder, and a genetic neurological disease not caused by any other disease or condition. There are many other conditions that can be comorbid with migraine, meaning they can occur at the same time but are not caused by one another.

    Let me share a few articles that will explain things in more detail;

    https://migraine.com/pro/migraine-comorbidity-overview/

    I hope this helps!
