REM sleep

I have had daily head pain for 40 years. I recently listened to an interview regarding the importance of REM sleep. I started wearing my Fitbit again. My REM is on average 12%. I believe the average is supposed to be 25%. Has anyone else discovered this? What did you do about it? I know “good sleep” is very important!

  1. There definitely can be a connection between migraine and quality of sleep. I found an article that discusses the migraine and sleep apnea connection. Have you ever had a sleep study? I would have a discussion with your doctor to see if that would be appropriate. https://migraine.com/living-migraine/sleep-apnea April - Migraine.com Team
