My name is Sean Casey, I am a middle school science teacher in Charlotte, NC. I am posting here on behalf of one of my students who is conducting research on migraine headaches. She suffers from migraines and wanted to do this for her final research project. I am attaching a short google form (9 questions) with no personal or identifying information.
