School and migraines
I was wondering if anyone can help me or put some insight on my situation or anyone in a similar situation. I am in college and I have chronic migraines. And it takes a toll on my grades. How can I survive school and my migraines.
If you are in the US, you may be able to qualify for accommodation under a 504. In college, you have to seek out the Disability Services Coordinator, or ADA coordinator, if the first doesn't exist. But yes, migraine is a disability and you can get accommodation if it is impacting your ability to be a student.
