What are your favorite hobbies and distractions?

Whether it's anxiety, uncertainty, or something unrelated to migraine, we all experience moments of being overwhelmed. What are your favorite ways to get your mind off of things and feel better?

    I recently found an app for my phone called "Hey Color" and it's simply coloring my numbers. There are many different scenes to choose from and there is absolutely no skill needed. The best part if you have something pretty to look at when you're done.

    One tip - I turn down the light on my phone so it's not so glaring.

      I will definitely be downloading "Hey Color" the second I hit send. Thank you for the tip! I will definitely do the same, I usually have my filter on my phone 24/7, so I will double check that as well.


  2. Going for a walk outside is my first choice. If I can't do that, I'll do crossword puzzles or play word games on my phone. And if I need to get totally out of my head, I read a good book.

    1. This is a great question. I'm already used to being home a lot. When I'm having a good day, I try to clean and organize things that I don't have time to do when in pain.
