What works best to treat sinus headaches?
For those of you that have sinus headaches, what have you found works best to get rid of them?

If it's migraine, I treat my attacks with triptans, of which I've tried all seven and cannot take in pill form. I can use triptan nasal sprays.

NancyI use a neti pot and nasal spray. I still get sinus infections which brings on the migraine. I am trying oil of oregano to help. Antihistamines help.
They are not fun.
