Can anyone give advice for stabbing head pain?
Last 2 days having stabbing pains in my head, please help! I am in too much pain to be on here for long. I have started in the last 2 days to having stabbing pains in my head. I take excedrin for migraines and topomax 3 tablets daily. Please help.

I would call my doctor immediately. Are you under the care of a neurologist? If not, I'd make an appointment with a neurologist that also specializes in migraines. I went to The Headache Intitute in my city and worked with neurologist that was a migraine specialist and he worked with my local neurologist.
