I have been dealing with migraine attacks for over 20 years...why all of a sudden does it go chronic? I'm now 120 days of an attack. WHY?

Hi , Thank you for reaching out & for your question. I am so sorry to hear that you have all of a sudden become chronic. Migraine patterns, severity & frequency can certainly change over time. Have you discussed this sudden change with your doctor? It is always a good idea to discuss any new or worsening symptoms with your doctor to rule out anything more serious. Let me share some resources with you from our advocates who have shared their experiences. https://migraine.com/living-migraine/evolved-changed-over-time-part-2/ https://migraine.com/living-migraine/emotional-roller-coaster-ride-chronic-episodic/
Stay in touch & let us know how you are doing if you can. Warmly, Joanna (Migraine.com Team)
