treatment
I have a chronic headache for 30 years after head injury in a car accident.
Was treated with botox. It gave me a break for a couple of years. Then I was treated with antidepressants that killed my sex drive for good. They did not stop headache anyway.
Then came gabapentin. The dose of 200 was raised to 2700. The maximum is 3000. Now Nurtec ODT. IT helped a little today. Didn't help yesterday. Causes nausea. Please tell me about your experience w . Nurtec.
@15cjdk7 my husband has been using Nurtec ODT for about a year now. He uses it to help with breakthrough migraine attacks. He is also using Emgality monthly injections which has been a great help as well. one more time I want to thank you for the info on Nurtec ODT. I took only two pills. The first one didn't help. The second day it did. From your entry I found out that it takes 3 hours for the full relief. Great. Now I won't be impatient with the result.@15cjdk7 That's no problem!
