Hi
Thanks for your question. Could you tell us what supplement or CGRP you're talking about? I believe one of the newest CGRP medications is Zavzpret (zavegepant) a nasal spray for the acute treatment of a migraine attack. We have information on this medication here; https://migraine.com/migraine-treatment/zavzpret-zavegepant
Is that the one? Looking forward to hearing from you, Nancy Harris Bonk, Patient Leader/Moderator Migraine.com Team Member

No. The one I want has only become available since February 2024.

Hmm. I'm not too sure on what this medication might be. Do you happen to know the name of it? - Cody (Team Member)

All I know is that it's called CGRP - second-generation. It affects the calcitonin inhibitors.
Thank you! I'll try to get it. Possibly having two drugs encourages me.

I hope this is what you're looking for, and more importantly, I hope you can get your hands on it and that it's something that can help you! We would love to hear back if you end up getting to try it. Everyone has different experiences with various medications, but it can never hurt to hear how it goes. Best of luck to you! Have a good weekend. -Melissa, migraine team
