    1. Thank you for your kindness. While my migraines are still an issue, I find that I have thyroid cancer and will have surgery next Tuesday. So there is that to deal with now.
But I still love life, I have it so much better than many. I have a wife of nearly 33 years that I am still crazy about and we are closer than ever. Many people don't find someone like that.
Wishing you good days ahead, and best wishes.

    2. I'm not sure if your surgery was this Tuesday or next week, but it's Tuesday as I write this and I hope you're doing well. Feel free to keep us updated if you want! Wishing you the best. -Melissa, team member

  4. My name is Jane, My migraines started while I was in 3rd grade. It took doctors quite awhile to realize they are episodic migraines. I now have chronic migraines. I am 75 and try to manage with botox, aimovig, and gabapentin. I have suffered strokes due to migraines.

    1. The pizotifen helped me but as I had to increase it more so it did my weight too, so stopped it. But not fully helped. Gabapentin is for nerve pain due to spine condition.

    2. Goodness, that's outrageous! I seem to be on a roll today commenting how broken our healthcare system is. UGH!
