There's a new book out -- Advanced Headache Therapy -- which has been pretty helpful to me. Has anyone looked at it? Do you have recommendations for other books that discuss therapies?
I am in the process of reading it and will be posting a book review soon.
However, the book that helped me most was "Living Well with Migraine Disease and Headaches" by Teri Robert. Hands down, it changed my life and set me on a course to good migraine management. If I could only purchase one book, this would be the one. There's also a good supplemental web page you can access for free that provides information that has changed since publication. You can find it at http://www.helpforheadaches.com/lwfiles/lwindex.html

I would love to read the book. However, I have been taking treatment from Texan Urgent Care for my migraine and it is quite effective.
