What music do you listen to when you have a migraine?
Many of us living with migraine turn to music as a welcomed distraction. It can transport us to new places, and momentarily help us forget how we're feeling.
For me, one of my favorite migraine songs is "Migraine" by Twenty One Pilots. It helps me feel understood, and like I can channel my anger from my migraines to something else.

Such an interesting question.. I don't typically listen to any music when my headache is bad, but I can totally understand that you would want to listen to some music that makes you feel understood. I looked up the lyrics to the song that you mentioned and I can see why you like it. It paints a picture of what migraine can be like.
I guess if I had to pick something that I may listen to when in a great deal of pain, my first choice would be a playlist of anything by Lindsey Sterling. She is such an incredible inspiration to me.Completely understandable that you might not listen to music during a migraine,
