If you think your migraines are being caused by caffeine, as a trigger, then I would eliminate it. No coffee of any kind and Cola or Dew either. a six ounce cup of home prepared decaf has upto 6 mg of caffeine. There is no such requirement for restaurants. Over half of Starbucks "Decaf" served at the store is full caffeine.
Just be ready. The first time I gave up caffeine almost 20 years ago, I lost a summer. Oh sure I did stuff and went places, but have no actual relocation of those things. When I did it again 5 years ago it was easier.
