40 Years!!!

That’s how long I’ve sufferred this condition now…sometimes none for months, sometimes 2 or 3 a week..lasting hours to days!
Recently though I’ve noticed a change in symptoms. Less headache and more brain fug, severe fatigue, hot and cold flushes, vivid dreams and nausea with or without vomiting and vertigo. This usually lasts 2 to 3 days and is occurring every 2 to 4 weeks. My friends and family worry cos I am unable to contact anyone during these spells.
Sure it’s age/hormone related but so debilitating.
I had meningitis a few years ago and thought it was migraine!

Hi Lynne. We would definitely advise that you speak with your doctor regarding any new or evolving symptoms. Have you considered one of the medical alert systems for your own peace of mind and the peace of mind of your family? They could notify your family as well, that you are in need of help. Thanks for being part of the community! -Warmly, Donna (Migraine.com team)
