I've been using mine since 2016 and I believe it helps in conjunction with Botox.

I use it from time to time to try and abort a migraine attack, but have to catch it early, at the first sign I'm getting one. If I can do that, the device sometimes seems to help stop the progression of the attack. But not always.

Thanks. So do you have the headband version? And you use only as abortive?

Did you begin both therapies at the same time?
