Why can't I message Cheryl Picerno? I can't see her previous messages too? I can't seem to find her name to message her again.

Hi there- thanks so much for reaching out about trying to connect with Cheryl! Are you asking about private messaging? If so, you've identified a new shift. Migraine.com decided to stop offering private messaging between community members and moderators earlier this week. The goal is to encourage community members to connect with one another through that module and to connect with our moderators on the site's front end. Usually, you'd still be able to connect with her by mentioning her in the comment section of any article or here with an sign and then typing in her name. However, there seems to be a technical glitch that is not allowing us to do that with her today! We've contacted the tech team to notify them of this issue and we've notified Cheryl as well.
