    2. Good morning,
I'm sorry you are suffering with this disease. I have migraine (diagnosed about 5 years ago)...however, about a month ago my migraines became more vestibular in nature. I'm waiting to get back into my neurologist to discuss this. However, I started taking my nurtec- that I normally use as an abortive med- every other day as a preventative med. My headaches are quite frequent. I also have meclazine for the dizzy symptoms- however, that medicine seems to make things worse. I have rizatriptan as an abortive. I am trying to pin down food triggers- but haven't come up with any yet. Do you have a medicine regime you wouldn't mind sharing? I have ear fullness/pain that goes along with the migraine- which of course adds to the vestibular issues. I will say a prayer for you! I agree the dizzycook as alot of online info.

      1. Thank you for joining the conversation and sharing your experience with us. I am sorry you deal with vestibular migraine as well. It's not uncommon to live with more than one headache/migraine type.
I look forward to hearing more from you and am sending you pain free wishes, Nancy Harris Bonk, Patient Leader/Moderator Migraine.com Team
