I've been wondering if certain types of migraine might actually be connected in some way to Fibromyalgia. My migraines cause me a lot of vertigo, nausea, and I seem to be pretty clumsy most of the time. Sometimes I have sever headaches and other times I don't. The list of food and environmental triggers (including temperature and barometric pressure) are long. I notice that some of my "more intense" fibro days can also trigger a migraine. I usually describe my fibro pain as feeling like there's a voodoo doll of me somewhere that was given to a dog as a chew toy. Some days it can feel like the dog is playing tug of war with it, and some occasional days it ignores me altogether.... The absolute worst though, is when that dog clamps down hard and starts shaking its head! On those days my body aches all over, I eventually become dizzy and nauseated, followed by a massive headache! (My own super-gentle dogs can "disassemble" a chew toy in a matter of minutes, so I am trying to consider myself lucky!)
