Hi Brody,
YES!! It's possible to have more than one type of migraine attack and/or headache disorder. For example I have chronic migraine, tension-type headache that can trigger a migraine attack to name a few.
Does that help?

Yes it does. Because at times I feel I have basilar migraines. Other times hemiplegic types. Thank you.

I feel like I can have 3 or 4 different headaches at one time. let alone how different they can feel from attack to attack.

I definately do. I get what used to be called Cluster migraines, as well as, my current state of chronic/intractable.
