eyes and face ache

Hello, Having lots of vestibular problems (vertigo etc), but part of my problem is that light and busy things bother my eyes and brain. Sometimes also have face aches with it. , and eyes hurt to turn them. No luck at drs. 3 times they have said I have no sinus stuff going on. Wondering if the eyes and face are a type of migraine. thank you

  1. Thank you for reaching out and being here with us. Only a doctor can tell you what type of migraine and/or headache disorder you are experiencing. Getting an accurate diagnosis will help you get the proper treatment and be able to manage it better.
Having said that, it's not uncommon to experience some of the things you've mentioned, I do. I would encourage you to continue to seek answers to get this worked out.

    1. I also can confirm that I experience eye and sinus pain with migraines. This has only started recently after I had COVID, with daily eye/facial pressure in my sinuses and sometimes sharp eye pain. I've seen multiple ENTs who have also confirmed that I have no sinus issues, like you. I also got congestion, nausea, and postnasal drip earlier, which has fortunately gotten better but does seem to have been related to the migraine attack. These symptoms are only in my left side, where I primarily experience headaches too, so multiple doctors have told me it's likely the migraines. It's certainly weird, but doesn't seem too uncommon!
