Healthy Eating - no Diet Coke - taking feverfew...seems to be helping...

For the first time in about 10 years....for the first part of the morning, about 5 hours, the sun didn't bother me. For about 3 months I've given up diet coke, diet anything, all fermented food, bread, salty junk food. Oh I do have a cheat day, don't get me wrong. But I was downing at least 6 diet cokes a day. I'm making alot of smoothies. Taking fever few. To see a glimmer of hope, I almost cried. Fingers crossed.
