How can I get back into work with Severe diarrhea migraine attacks?

Other than using adult incontinence pants, and adult diapers what type of medication is there for me? I may switch doctors as my doctor isnt really the caring go into details listening doctor hes more black and white and usually has short answers you know what I mean? Ive been prescribed voltaren which like a antinflamatory. I havent throw up i can get bad nausea but its more severe diarrhea . Do you know any jobs with good flexibility where you dont have a certain time deadline to clock at 9 and clock at 5 to stick to but rather the boss allows flexibilty and work is results based rather than time demand?
