I'm so sorry you are having a rough time. I can tell you from time to time my anxiety gets the better of me, which can certainly trigger a migraine attack for me - you're not alone!

Oh Yes! The extreme heat in AZ is making migraines inevitable. It's like walking out the door into an oven. Ugh. When I get home from being in and out of the air-conditioned stores and buildings, the migraine hits, and I am done for. Hoping you get some relief. Rebecca (comm advc)

I totally know what you mean! As someone with GAD, migraine and migraine fear seems to be around every corner. Whether it's over heating, too many screens, poor sleep, too much sleep, or even sitting around and not getting fresh air, there's always something keeping me on edge.


I try my hardest to breathe and stay calm. Keep the ac running but still get some fresh air. I've always found that even when it's hot, the air and sun does me wonders for both my mood and my head. I'm a HUGE fan of rocking chairs and breezes, so I'll sit, out from under direct sunlight, and rock back and forth. It's very peaceful.


I hope you're able to steer clear from those nasty triggers and find peace and tranquility as the heat dies down and falls rolls into town. You're not alone in this!! ~ Sawyer (team member)
