Hello everyone! I have recently set out on the difficult task of finding my food triggers. As I'm sure you all may know, there is innumerable food triggers out there so ruling them all out is extremely difficult. I want to share my story and experiences with triggers and other such related things hopefully in order to help other and gain some clarity myself. is my blog there is no advertising and I promise I'm not selling anything just trying to reach out to fellow migraneurs 😀
