Migraine glasses

What is the best migraine glasses that doesn't cost a lot of money ? Thanks

  1. I do not know if this is what you were looking for but wanted to share what I use. When I say my eye specialist, they ordered the rose tint on the regular glasses for me. That has helped me so much. I also have transitions as I did not want them super dark inside. The rose tint on them is great for me. Here is an article that someone wrote in regards to tinted glasses: https://migraine.com/complementary-and-alternative-therapies/tinted-glasses. Have you tried these before? I have not used TheraSpecs or any other specific brand for migraines though. I hope you find what you are looking for. (Tonya, migraine.com contributor).

    1. Thank Tonya I currently have to wear my sunglasses when I go shopping and I was looking for something to wear that wasn't dark I will check out the article and rose tint glasses.

      1. oh ok. Here an something else that I found out that may help you: https://migraine.com/forums/blepharospasm-cure. It talks about Axon Optics. There is an additional link in there about TheraSpecs as well. This may provide you more information to help you. Let me know if you need additional info, or, you were looking for something else. 2. sunglasses

      1. Thank you for sharing this idea. I agree that sunglasses are a must for those of us living with light-sensitivity due to migraine. Have you found a certain type of sunglasses that works best for you? I like polarized lenses that provide full coverage but they have to be lightweight, too. Warmly - Holly - migraine.com team

    3. I got a pair of 'red blocking' sun glasses which seem to help some (imported)

      1. I'm glad to hear that the tinted sunglasses seem to help. Do you typically wear them indoors, outdoors, or both? - Cody (Team Member)
