Migraine Kits

I was wondering if anyone could give me ideas??? I'm trying to put together a Migraine Kit. I have 2 bottles of Water and a can of Pop in it. Should I put earplugs or anything else in there?

  1. Having a migraine relief tool kit is an excellent addition to your care regimen! Water and pop(caffeinated) are a good start. Other good ideas are snacks that are easy on your tummy, ginger candies or chews, an eye mask, ear plugs, a heating pad, single-use ice packs, your rescue medications, or anything else that will make your attack easier to manage. Here is a link to an article with some other tips to help you. https://migraine.com/living-migraine/unexpected-relief

    1. Thank you for your help. I will check that website

  2. I have a compression cooling ice cap that relieves some pain and can be pulled over eyes to block light. If not something like that, an eye mask would be great for those who are sensitive to light. I also like to drink a herbal tea and wear a heating pad around my neck during bad episodes! Lotions or cbd creams with essential oils like peppermint and lavender can also be nice.
