Hi everyone,
I've been a longtime lurker here and have learned so much from this community. I've dealt with chronic migraines for about 10 years now, and like many of you, I've tried just about everything.
Recently I started researching prevention approaches (vs just reactive treatment) and learned about the clinical evidence behind magnesium, riboflavin (B2), and CoQ10. The American Headache Society gives all three Level B recommendations for migraine prevention, which surprised me since I'd never heard much about them from my doctors.
I'm exploring whether there's interest in a product that combines these three ingredients in the right clinical doses, and I'd love input from people who actually live with this condition.
**Quick survey (3-4 minutes):** https://form.typeform.com/to/ZctILZ71#prolific_pid=xxxxx&study_id=xxxxx&session_id=xxxxx
What it asks about:
- Your migraine frequency and patterns
- What you currently use for management
- Whether prevention approaches interest you (vs just treating after pain starts)
- Product preferences (format, pricing, what would make you actually consistent with it)
Just trying to understand what people dealing with migraines actually need before I commit to building something.
I'll be happy to share results with the community once I compile everything.
Thanks for considering, and thank you for being such a supportive community! 🙏
