I appreciate that my migraines are far less frequent and probably less powerful than a lot of you, and my less than I appreciate that my migraines are far less frequent and probably less powerful than a lot of you, and my tone could be more serious, but I thought that this would be interesting for you.Thumbnail

  1. Thanks for sharing! It IS interesting to show this to those who haven't experienced a migraine attack!
How are you doing today? Nancy Harris Bonk, Patient Leader/Moderator Migraine.com Team

    1. Well, I had a bit of an emotional meltdown, but it had nothing to do with my migraines. Having a quick scroll through this site I realise I'm quite lucky in my migraines as they don't last too long and aren't that frequent. having said that I have had 4 this year following brain surgery in the summer. Its interesting to hear how other peoples migranes are different - my mums are similar, but start at the outside of her vision and move to ghe centre. My sister's are more blurry. One commenter said that his last only 20 mins but fill his entire vision. My cousin doesn't have then.

      1. Thank you for sharing your story with us. Life can certainly be emotional from time to time, you're not alone in having meltdowns!
We all seem to experience migraine disease differently, as you can see in your own family.
I hope your recovery from brain surgery went well.
We're here for you and I hope you are having a good day, Nancy Harris Bonk, Patient Leader/Moderator Migraine.com Team

    2. This is a neat video. Did you make it? I appreciate the time you took to do it because educating others about migraine is so important. A lot of people don't understand what's really going on, and even those with migraine may not know that there's a wide variety of experiences. Are you being followed regularly by a neurologist? Staying on top of migraine is key and it seems like you are doing well. Thanks for sharing! -Melissa, migraine.com team

      1. Wow, this is super cool! Did you make this in blender? I tried to make the stereotypical blender donut with the Blender Guru tutorials about a year ago, but I never finished it. Maybe I should try it again! Blender seems so fun.

Thanks for sharing this, it's very interesting to see as someone who does not get aura. Warmly, - Cody (Team Member)
