Solved my migraines

After 40+ years of searching for the cause of my migraines I stumbled upon the cause. I realized I am gluten sensitive. I started eating gluten free months ago and haven’t had a migraine since. I realize this won’t work for everyone but I wish I learned this 40 years ago.

  1. , I am so happy for you. You are right, it doesn't work for everyone but I sure wish it did. Knowing your triggers can definitely be a game-changer for many. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Shayla (Migraine.com, Team Member)

    1. I'm so happy for you that you've been able to make a change in your diet that has helped. A quick search on our site shows many people have posted that removing gluten has helped them. It's a reminder that we never know how one seemingly small change can make such a big difference for us. Please keep us updated on how you're doing. April - Migraine.com Team

      1. so happy for you!!
I’m currently still working on my triggers (and blood tests have revealed I am anemic which could possibly be causing the constant fog I experience / dizziness). Still Searching for my reasons! Hope you remain headache free
