Need help with SSID please
I need help with Social Security. I need an attorney who is knowledgable specifically about navigating disability support for long time severe migraines. I am not getting help and I am at the end of my rope. I an in desperate need of a strong advocate. (I am in Southern California)
This is a long shot but ... as a benefit does your insurance company partner with a company that can assist you through the process of applying for SSDI? Couldn't hurt calling and asking if there are benefits available to help you. Rebecca (community advocate)
Thank you for the suggestion Rebecca. What I really need at this point is an attorney, and not just any attorney, but rather one who is knowledgable in the complexities of living with migraine, and interested in presenting my case in us district court. An advocate for the debilitating effects intractable migraine has had on my quality of life and inability to sustain work.

We don't give legal advice here, but you may find your best bet is to ask people you trust in the community. Even if the lawyer they suggest doesn't focus on SSDI, they likely know a colleague who does, especially in SoCal. Facebook has also been a great resource for me when it comes to locating professionals of all kinds. We are here to support you at each step of your appeal process.
