Nighttime headached

I only have headaches at night while I am sleeping have to take medicine then it continues for 3 to 7 nights

  1. Hi @Nbrown78, have you talked to your doctor about a possible cervicogenic component to your migraine? I've found that alternating a water pillow with memory foam, and a foam cervical pillow help keep my nighttime migraines to a minimum. It's worth asking your doctor about.
