New Migraine Attack: Occular
I've never had this type of migraine before and was wondering if occular migraine can happen in both eyes at the same time and if blindness was a normalcy followed by intense pain in the temples.

I can tell you it's important to reach out to the doctor when we have new and/or different symptoms or patterns to our attacks, especially as you haven't experienced this before. Visual disturbances occur in about 25-30% of people with migraine disease, called migraine with aura.
