Postdrome is rough for many of us as it comes with symptoms that can hang on for a long while. The migraine hangover is what many refer to it as. There is a medicine you can take for nausea. Some people use ginger or essential oil, like peppermint, to help as well. You may find rest and a good B complex vitamin helps to get you through the tiredness and brain fog. My husband uses mindfulness breathing exercises to help with anxiety and to calm his brain. I hope these ideas help you. It's no fun when an attack drags on for days.
