Why Do Migraines Keep Waking

Can someone help me? I started waking up with migraines mid-sleep in Jan 2019. Happened once and then a few times summer of 2019 until Dec 2019. Then it’s been happening 1x month since June. I don’t know why and I don’t know how to prevent it. Any suggestions? Can it be clenching/grinding? Sleep position? I’ve had migraines for 20 years and this is all really unsettling. Thank you. I want to know what can suddenly be causing this. I started Botox 7/28.

    1. Thank you!! Seems as if my first cycle of Botox on 7/28 had no impact. My next one is 10/20. Wondering if it will even help at all.

      1. Hi ,

Try not to lose hope after one round of Botox. It can take three, sometimes four or more rounds for some of us to see a difference.

        Hang in there!!

        1. Wow, I didn’t know it could take 4! Ty!
