Head pressure during bm??
Has anyone experienced head pressure during a constipated bowel movement?? like a tight band around head
Hi- Thanks for posting your question. As far as I'm aware, it's common for people to experience constipation with migraine. Often the constipation can be a side effect of the medications we take for migraine, or due to a lack of fiber in our diet. You may find it beneficial to increase your fiber intake if you have not already. Or if you feel unsure about it you could always ask your primary care physician for guidance on how to safely increase your fiber to a level that will be helpful for you.
