Lava Lamp pain

My chronic daily headache pain is best described as acting like the blobs moving around in a nicely-heated Lava Lamp.

I feel masses of pain moving slowly around and inside my skull. Both hemispheres, front, back and all around. Occasionally, one blob of painwill get especially stabby or burning.

Anybody ever experienced something like this?

  1. I like the description you've given to your migraine pain. I'm sorry that you have to endure it though. Migraine episodes are awful. My husband has chronic migraine and his does tend to ooze around his head at times. Eventually, it settles in for the long haul of an attack. So many of us experience migraine attacks in our own little ways. That being said we are rarely alone in what we experience. It is amazing hearing all the experiences our community members have and it is encouraging to see the amount of care and support we provide each other with. I'm sure others will chime in and commiserate with your experience. Warmly, Cheryl migraine.com team
